How do I place an order?

How do I pay for an order?

Payment can be made cash on delivery or a making payment to company account number and sending a copy of by lodgement receipt via email. Please indicate when placing order which payment option you will be using and we will provide you with the relevant information.

Are there other payment options?

Currently we do not have any other payment options, however we will soon be accepting direct debit and credit cards.

How soon after placing an order do I receive my product/s?

Deliveries for locations in  Kingston take 1-2 business days and are free  to  certain areas . For  some Kingston locations deliveries are done by Tara Couriers at a cost of $500.  For Locations  outside of Kingston deliveries take  1 to 3 business days and will be done by Tara Couriers, cost for deliveries depends on Tara Courier's rate to the particular location.

Do I get Discounts?

Customers purchasing three (3) or more of the same item  are eligible for a discount.

Can I physically view items for sale?

Depending on your location we can bring items to you for viewing as we currently operate virtually.

Why do I see prices in USD?

Depending on your ip address you may view the prices in JMD or USD all products are priced in JMD. If you currently see the price in USD use NCB daily rate of exchange.
